Kara-nakara Kigambo Foundation (formerly Make a Difference Advocacy Initiative – Uganda) was developed as an initiative that is a voice to the voiceless; eyes to the blind; legs to the limbless; hands to the amputee.

Children of school-going age need education support in the form of books, pencils and pads. Government has Universal Primary Education provides tuition only for children.
There are people like old widow – Joyce 70 years who needs help in finishing her house which was partially built. In her glory days, she managed to build a house skeleton but never finished it.
Due to the nature of chronic poverty in sub-saharan Africa, it is expedient that people get trained in financial literacy and functional adult literacy (reading, writing and counting).
Being a community based organisation, MDAI comes across a number of requests for help. Some of these are profiled hereunder.
